    Thank you for sharing this video. I am looking at getting these doors for my Ranger. My challenge is we live on a gravel road and the dust is really bad during spring and summer. I'm looking at these doors to eliminate the dust as much as possible. It look like there is a lot of dust in your unit and on the doors. It doesn't look like they cut down the dust, but wanted to confirm with you. Do these doors seal enough to cut down the dust significantly? Thanks

    • @hillcreekoutdoors
      @hillcreekoutdoors 9 дней назад

      @@MaxBrammer-n6z the reason we have a lot off dust in our ranger is because we keep the windows open as it gets extremely hot in the summer. We don’t have a/c. But if you were to keep them closed, it definitely does a really good job keeping the dust down. There will be more dust come from behind the rear seat where Polaris did a poor job of sealing. I know your pain with dust as we have a ton too given our 1/2 mile long gravel driveway. I hope this information helps.

      This is an exciting time, you will love the John Deere 1025r. It is so a great piece of equipment that will do you right. I would recommend rear ballast, you can purchase a Heavy Hitch attachment that holds 8 x 70 lbs suitcase weights. - Heavy Hitch: amzn.to/4csMXzV I have never used wheel spacers but honestly I don’t think you need them on the 1025r if you have rear ballast. I do have a set of 50 lbs wheel weights on mine and would recommend. You could add liquid ballast in tires, on average every gallon equals 7 lbs. The 1025r would probably only get around 10 gallons in each tire. Definitely look at a quick attach system… it will make your life much easier. ruclips.net/video/rG2bHP8kEMw/видео.htmlsi=uBSIMao9pOwjSH24 I hope this helps you! Thank you for reaching out and let me know how you enjoy your 1025r!!!

      We paid over $1,000 for them in 2022 from the dealer when we purchased I’m sure they have went up since then. I have added links for your reference. - Polaris Ranger Lock & Ride Canvas Doors Front: amzn.to/48cdOOj - Polaris Ranger Lock & Ride Canvas Doors Rear:amzn.to/3tn9RYi

    Electrical boxes in the ceiling?

    How’d you now where to mount your boxes?

    • @hillcreekoutdoors

      I decided to use an easy location where no measurement was needed. On the ceiling trusses I put the boxes on the first bracing location. It was uniform and ended up being perfect.
