Hey, this is what I would suggest but I'm not a professional haha. It has a lot to do with technique so if you can I would learn the right techniques now as it will help, I don't have the best technique and now years later must unlearn some of my habits which is harder to do. I would look up on youtube for this and some practises you can implement this into, take your time as well. Apart from that what I would do is firstly warm up with maybe just 16th on the snare to a metronome or maybe some 32nd note drills. Then build the groove up to a metronome, start at at a comfortable speed for as long as you want I would suggest at least the duration of the song or longer and then slowly build up in 5/10 bpm until you can feel at your max, it may also help the faster you get to take out the kick and snare first and make sure the 16ths are sounding neat. Keep practising this and eventually you should build your muscles and it should become less hard to play. Another habit that helps when you have advanced your speed is to play to like 10 bpm above the song original tempo as a warm up so the song feels more comfortable to play although this is a final step get the rest down first. Lastly try not to tense whilst playing as it can make it harder and is not good practise as it can cause issues in the future if you play a lot like that. I still struggle with this so don't beat yourself up to much as well, remember it's a process and it will take time, it's hard to play fast songs for a long duration! :)
