I have had my unit for over 10 years and I have never had any issues with it,,, and I moved into a new house and brought my Vango HVAC unit with me up until when I sold my house the new buyers loved the way the house smelled with the scent machine I winded up leaving it behind... after all these years.... I have seen alot of bad feedback online about this company and there products,,, yes they arent cheap at all.... But I have never had any issues with them.... my old unit I bought I had to have my Thermostat Fan on as well for the smell to push thru the Forced air vents in the house so that the great smell can come thru and boy did it ever. As I mentioned I left mines behind with the sale of my house and recently bought a new unit the only things thats different now is that the unit has a built in fan which before didnt and its alot more sleeker than ever before more modern. I cant wait to hook mines up again to my HVAC.. Its really not hard to hook up at all... you will need a outlet in the furnace area,,, and a small drill to open a quarter sized hold on the side of the air chamber....

I would be cautious about putting a diffuser into an hvac system. If you go to HVAC forums, they do not recommend this. Over time, oil residue will accumulate in the walls of the duct system and it's not a matter of if, but when it will cause damage.

Thanks for the info. This is my second time watching. A good bit of time in between. I’m still undecided. Does the unit coordinate with the hvac system? Meaning, when the air is on (always in Florida) the hvac will blow cool air for a bit then stop and then start again in order to maintain the temperature. Ok so, does the diffuser coordinate with the hvac in a way that scent is being released when the air is blowing and is not being released when no air is flowing? Am I making sense? I’m just trying to figure out if during the run time of the diffuser is it constantly pushing out scent or is it coordinated with the flow of air through the hvac system.
