Come along as I tackle two Glacier National Park classics on the same morning. Hidden Lake is one of the most gorgeous spots in the entire park. And Highline did not disappoint, with beautiful views and thrilling cliffs. Wildlife is plentiful along both these trails, as I encounter a golden eagle, ground squirrel, and more grizzly scat than I would have liked.

Hello where do you go? look so beautiful
I agree, even in the fog it was stunning! This was filmed in Glacier National Park in Montana. Highly recommend a visit, one of my favorite parks so far.
I always look forward to your uploads. They’re so engaging and full of great insights. Thank you for sharing such wonderful content!
Thank you for watching! Glad you are enjoying watching them as much as I am enjoying making them. Happy hiking!
What a lovely scenery! This looks gorgeous my friend! Absolutely gorgeous!
I've hiked into Hidden Lake about 70 times in 35 years (2 times per year average). Can't remember never seeing a mountain goat. Cross the creek, fish the shoreline, climb Bearhat, hit the far ridge and view Avalanche basin. I've seen wolverine at the base of Bearhat (5 years running...a den with 2 kits and parents). Never in danger. Curious creatures. Highline? About a dozen times.... including Grinnell overlook, Swiftcurrent Pass, Swiftcurrent Lookout. Climbed Gould and Bishop's twice each. Always see beat. Never deployed beat spray in over 6000 trail miles and 100 peak summits. NEVER.
While I didn't get to see a mountain goat at Hidden Lake, I did have a short-tailed weasel practically run across my feet, which was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get it on video. I was lucky enough to see a mountain goat last year up on Mount St. Helens, of all places. Happy hiking!
@FredHikes I bet had you crossed the creek you would have seen one. Glacier is a spectacular place to hike and climb, or bike and xcountry ski. Glad I had the opportunity. Enjoying life in the Andes in retirement... Ecuador is beautiful. Keep doing it is my saying...... Just keep doing it. You'll never regret a single moment.

It's a great trail in one of my most loved places...Waterton! I've done it a couple of times now, the latest this summer when methe , my wife, and brother in law did the Triple Crown of Waterton over three days. I'll go back again! Thanks for video. A great reminder.!
This was my first visit to Waterton, and I have to agree, it is a beautiful park. I would happily visit again. Happy hiking!
