You can also use a fiber optic snake camera to see the code inside the box if there is a tag with the code on it. With the service door open and the coin drop removed you fish thru the coin funnel or slot. Not fun but doable. Cobra keys seem to be the easiest to find a key for.
And how exactly do you get the camera into the box

We have never broken a lease and we tried to get the shortest lease. We are in a tiny one bedroom apartment with 2 adults and a 2 year old. We finally found an amazing house and applied. I wrote a great cover letter and we also have a co-signer for reassurance. Should I tell them we would have to break a lease? And how would I do that? We want this place so bad and breaking a lease to go into that home looks really bad. Helppp!
Also we already went through a 12 month lease and then tired to get a shorter one after. So it’s not like we just moved in.

Well in oklahoma Universal Citation: 41 OK Stat § 41-111 (2021) A. Except as otherwise provided in the Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, when the tenancy is month-to-month or tenancy at will, the landlord or tenant may terminate the tenancy provided the landlord or tenant gives a written notice to the other at least thirty (30) days before the date upon which the termination is to become effective. The thirty-day period to terminate shall begin to run from the date notice to terminate is served as provided in subsection E of this section. So you do have to give a full 30 days.
