Hi, I've been trying to find the proper levels of fasting insulin. I finally had my fasting insulin level checked. Here are some of my numbers. Fasting insulin 12.16 A1c 4.8 Glucose 85 Blood pressure 120/80 Total cholesterol 244 Triglycerides 85 Weight 295 Height 6'1" I often have episodes of low sugar feeling. Always fatigue, debilitating fatigue, depression, anxiety. I've lost weight in the past on keto, 126 pounds actually and I feel that's the easiest way for me to lose weight. Ketosis really curbs my appetite. What do you think I need to do to get the fasting insulin level down? Thank you.

Doctor many people do not cover this topic been looking and no luck. Long story short on October of 2021 I was diagnosed with pre diabetes (a1c 5.7) I changed my diet to keto( have cheat days once in a while) a1c dropped to 5.2 just this month and while I was at it I got a fasting insulin test results came back 2.2 (fast was 16 hours) is that a bad level? Can not find any information anywhere

Getting use to the new layout for Emerson. One search feature that was VERY helpful in the former website (don't see it currently) was the Advanced Search feature which allows to search for keyword AND then filter that search with other added keywords -- so the product search gets very refined. Can you bring back that feature please?
