Sim, mas há uma diferença entre começar a Capoeira aos 12 anos e começar a Capoeira depois dos 30 anos. Minha filha mais nova pode fazer muito mais do que eu por causa da flexibilidade e da estrutura corporal.

I do. It is cool to learn. I fell in love with the music as I used to play several instruments in my high school days. It’s amazing how a person can train and play Capoeira with another person to the beat and tempo of the music.

Martial arts is very relaxing as a whole. Underestimation and element of surprise is what I am currently working to implement in my flow. Training hard and feeling sore the next day is pretty relaxing too.
