पपिता और आलू के सब्जी में इतना तेल का जरूरत नहीं था। इसीलिए आज कल गांव में भी हार्ट और पेट का बीमार होते है। लास्ट में जैसे तेल और मसाला देके बनाया ऐसा बनाना था। पपीता और आलू तेल में fry करना कोई जरूरत नहीं है।

My families on both my father's and mother's sides cooked on chulha and therefore on wood fire. I'm not from India, but my great-great-grandparents brought many customs and culture from India to the countries they were taken to work in, and those traditions have been passed down from generation to generation.
