Today let's talk about these two awesome 300 blackout builds! The Sig Sauer MCX Rattler LT and the Daniel Defense PDW. While at first glance they may appear quite similar there are some significant differences and it is because of those differences for why I set them up the way I did.

300blk is an interesting round, once you get your suppressor subs are really something else. Plus, you can see the round going down range lol.

I just picked up the Surefire SPS300, took me quite a while to finally find one in stock. I just ordered some subsonic 300 blackout so once that comes in I’ll be getting some video of that at the range.

I'm sure it's not easy getting started with RUclips videos but you're doing great and I appreciate your opinions on the different guns. I just moved this last weekend to a state that understands the importance of 2a rights and I'll be investing in some long anticipated gun purchases. The Sig rattler is on my list.
Truly appreciate the positive feedback! I completely understand how good it feels to do a move like that to a more free state too. I promise you won’t be disappointed with the Rattler.
@@RagnarokConceptsvery nice choices. Rattler owner, do yourself a favor and get the mk machining vertical crossover grip (Recce). It keeps the same styling but fits the hand so much better. I feel like they are underrated.

I love my Scorpion. Had to get a carbine cause I’m broke and don’t wanna play their stupid games 😂 The Vortex red dot looks funny with a magnifier. At least I assume that’s what that is lol
I love it too, this things never given me any issues since having it for many years now. For the longest time I only used the irons but when I was organizing my office I found the vortex with its magnifier so I through it on there, I only used the magnifier to make zeroing it at 25 yards, I don’t plan on leaving it on there lol

Where do you put your support hand? I usually see builds like this with the flashlight on the right side so you can c-clamp it. Doesn't look like you're left handed
I am right handed but strangely enough I’ve always shot rifles left handed.

Oh really? It was quite intense for me, but possibly because I’ve done a lot of intermittent fasting over the years before attempting the monk fast

I would go with the p07. I own one myself and it’s a much better firearm compared to the glock in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong not a glock hater I own one and it’s actually what I carry most days 43x. But the fit and finish on the cz is much better the sights out of the box are much better the grip angle is much better and these things are hidden gems they cost less then a glock.It comes down to preference some people like the striker and I would think it’s easier to train someone on a single trigger pull. Personally I would rather have the long double action as more a safety and then that nice short crisp single action after the first shot and you can keep your thumb on the hammer well you reholster adding more safety.also if you have a light primer strike with a da/sa pistol like the cz you can pull the trigger again without wracking the slide. Is that a likely issue you would run into in a self defense shooting probably not but peace of mind knowing you can if it happened. Can’t go wrong with either pistol but I think the value goes to the cz all day.
I truly believe your Rattler is a home defense weapon and you can use a Glock with 17 mags as an EDC to protect you and your family. Holster carrying a Glock will be easy to pull out and defend yourself and your family than opening up a bag and getting your AR out.

The Rattler is a great home defense weapon and I completely agree that a hand gun is much quicker to draw, which is why I also carry one as part of my EDC.

It is with the magnifier in that position but I only threw it on there to zero the optic, I typically don’t run a magnifier with this set up.

Everything leads back to somewhere else. I guarantee those little screws to hold the handle together aren't made here. Also there is no law regulating that. So what it really means is assembly in America.

I just recently bought same pistol.. Gonna be my EDC just gotta get over the Sig firing on its own myth lol How do you feel bout it.. I know it was a problem with old 320’s!! But its still runs thru my head … You edc this obviously with 1 in the chamber? Im overthinking it i guess
I personally love it, I’ve been carrying this for over a year now and always one in the chamber. It was my first Sig, shot several others before and never had any issues with those. For carry purposes I think the size and capacity is probably the best of both worlds, you’ll definitely like it.

What size is your SBR? Mine, Folding the stock is 22in. Would it fit?
My Rattler comes in at just 17.5 inches with only a few inches left, 22 probably wouldn’t fit, but their Gamut back pack fits bigger
Original mcx rattler has a better lower receiver. The ambi-bolt release is a potential failure point

$500 light setup is nice. But the gimmicky 300blk Eotech with that stupid hood billboard. Just get an EXPS 2-2, same 2 dots, quick release, and no stupid hood script.
I went with that over the quick release because it sat lower and in the one bag I carry it the spacing was very close for it to fit, the script doesn’t bother me.
@@RagnarokConcepts that’s fair. I bought the e2-2 and magnifier combo. But it ended up going on my x95. I have the Aimpoint CompM4 on my Virtus. Great firearm though!

Are you actually able to zero suppressed and un suppressed on the EO tech
With this reticle you cannot have two zeroes, but they tell you “in theory” what the zero would be for the sub after you zero supers. Once I get my suppressor I’m going to test this out and do an updated video

Hopefully not. I’ve always used pre workouts before training but I do make a point to drink plenty of water daily too

@@kingkill7946 honestly fasting has so many more health benefits that most people know about, in my opinion it may be safer and more beneficial to train fasted
