Yes! You are correct :) didn’t know that until later though haha. Was cleaning up a POI to make my base in my personal playthrough and got plastic parts from destroying those boxes and was like oh nice! 😂😂

That’s smart 😂 so does the loot crate spawn when I start it or will I be able to find it first?

@@MeleeDamage15 if you dig down three blocks, then trigger the quest hop back in the hole and it should be easier to find if it’s not exposed just dig one or two more. I learned that last night. As soon as the quest is triggers the crate will pop in.

Yeah it plays really well! And yeah I thought about stun baton but I feel like everyone goes stun baton or sledge and that’s why I picked the spear so I’m gonna stick with it for a while. Maybe I’ll have one as a backup if I get a good leveled one

@@MeleeDamage15 Only "downside" is I'm going for a more stealth build. Got a complete level 2 Assassins set. A flaming spear that lights up the room (and lights you up nicely) is not really to my advantage...🤣🤣

Yeah it would be nice. I think the main thing was they didn’t want people getting confused and buying the wrong one. And then people might not want to buy the game that has less content but who knows?

Same with tedchests, if they are within the range of a poi that’s your current quest, it too will disappear. If you put a chest down to go double looting, always put it far (enough) away for the poi. (Made that mistake once…)

Its actually pretty common. Typically happens by about the 6th horde night to the 10th.

@@MeleeDamage15 also to be clear, even if u keep playing after it hits it doesnt stop it from happening again ,in fact the more it happens on that save the more it will happen until you delete the save and start over. Also the longer you go on a save the more likely it is to happen because the game has more changes per world chunk to contend with. Essentially playing legacy version for any long term playthrough isnt possible. The farthest ive ever made it before getting hit by the glitch was around day 110.

@alargeshrubb7964 oof that sucks. Do you play on Xbox? Cause PlayStation doesn’t have that problem as often. I’ve seen other creators on day 200-300+ and they’re fine. Farthest I’ve gotten is my personal playthrough which is on day 133 and I didn’t get hit on that one. The one I got hit once was on this playthrough I think around day 30 something. And it only deleted a couple blocks luckily.

Yeah the difficulty level is for sure scaled up! And yeah the zombies and status effects are a learning curve for sure! You can always turn the difficulty settings down if it’s too rough though! I find that taking it slow has helped me. Episode 2 is already recorded (you’ll see it tomorrow) and I had a lot better of a time taking care of zombies by balancing power and normal attacks so that I can monitor my stamina because stamina sucks in the early game. And then I would say always dump loot when you can. I didn’t in this episode and I was walking so slow everywhere with a sprained leg & full inventory. So there’s definitely a lot to get used to. Hope that helps!!

@@MeleeDamage15 So far I’ve had a good experience but my luck was horrible. It just takes one zombie to screw you completely over from my experience like the zombie with the hoodie and mask is really strong he broke my characters arm and made my guy fatigued and gave him an infection and it’s just so difficult which I don’t like because it’s hard for me to get to higher days and fight again blood moon hordes which I really want to do because the zombie Ai is better now. I will probably continue playing on nomad difficulty where on blood moon there’s 64 zombies and they have nightmare speed. I just need to figure out how to avoid getting hit from zombies because it only takes one zombie to screw it all up. Thank you for the help I will probably keep the difficulty the same and just use the bow more because I’ve been using the club and sledgehammer a lot and I find it really hard because I even put skill points into skills that increase your weapons damage and the zombies still have a lot of health. I really like this game because it runs well and has nice graphics and you can change the FOV and that the zombies actually have good ai now and it’s weird how in creative mode you need to connect a keyboard to your ps5 to fly and I hate how there’s only enough space for one world so you can’t do multiple worlds which sucks. I like the game though it’s just feels kinda unfair at times.

Yeah the world issue needs to be fixed. Only work around is to archive worlds. But you can use the keyboard and mouse to fly around on ps5? I actually didn’t know that lol. That’s cool.

@@MeleeDamage15 You have to be in creative mode and you can use a keyboard and mouse to play the game but with just controller in creative mode you can’t fly but if you connect your keyboard and if you type in the key “H” it will allow you to fly and you can increase the fly speed to with shift but I forgot how to do it but the only thing that sucks is that you can’t have unlimited health and stamina at all so you need to turn off zombie spawns so you can build stuff in peace

​You dont have access to stun batons in legacy versions and the only bladed weapons are the bone knife, knife, and machete and they all suck in this version of the game. Not too mention the machete cant be crafted and thus has to be looted which means keeping it repaired is a huge hassle. Your best bet is to go pummel pete and max your stamina and stam regen and use sledgehammer. Obviously use the basic club until then but even in end game at insane nightmare mode a maxed out pummel pete setup can one tap zombies too the head wheras on warrior difficulty a bladed setup maxed out would still need like 3 swings too the head to kill.also there are no weapon mods in this version so repulsar mods arent a thing. ​@@MeleeDamage15

Weapon mods dont exist in legacy 7 days to die nor does the stun baton. In fact its only bladed or blunt. You should opt for pummel pete. And get either a sledgehammer or a spiked bat schematic. Those are best in slot in legacy version, bladed weapons in OG 7 days are absolutely horrible.

Nope unfortunately not. No perk that does it and this version doesn’t have mods. Just have to get lucky or stay away from wasteland which is what most people do. Definitely glad that there’s more you can do in the wasteland in the updated version 👌🏼

Yeah I agree. It makes traveling in the wasteland almost impossible outside the roads. I would love to spend more time in the wasteland and actually explore it but it’s almost impossible

@@MeleeDamage15 I’m always nervous driving in the wasteland. I’m color blind and can’t catch the subtle color change to spot it easily. So I stay on the road even if it means a 15 point turn around.
