You'll get used to the UI. It's directly lifted from FF14. It's meant to be glanced and not stared. It gives all the information you need to execute and plan your moves. During the battle, the game showed you critical hits. There are actually 3 kinds of critical types. And you can also tell the difference which attacks were magical, melee, and other. Don't worry, once you understand the UI, you'll feel like Neo with Matrix vision.
Hell ya man, appreciate the update. Overall, can't wait to play it. Never jumped into FFXIV but im excited to finally expierence what everyone has told me is great about it...
Yeah, this looks incredible. Looking forward to playing Zelda next month, but this is the big one for me. The visuals, epic scale, and super flashy combat is basically appealing to me.

@@xperiencepoint2848 That is Soken ... one of the pillars of FF 14 ... and just to illustrate how highly his music is regarded, its sometimes jokingly said that each expansion and patch of FF 14 is just Sokens music album with an MMO attached :D I believe the music you experienced here gives a taste of why
The more y'all talk about it, this game really is just 14 in a shell of a regular FF game...can't wait. I do miss Nobuo U's music though; There was just something about it back then, it hit different...
@@xperiencepoint2848 I would not say its that ... its definitely its own thing but well a lot of these people do have years of work on 14 and so there is obviously a large influence ... That said if I were to describe it would be : The people wo laid the foundations for 14 success unleashed. As this is basically them being able to go pedal to the metal I can understand that but Soken is a worthy successor to Uematsu in my eyes

Couldn't agree more, 9 more weeks that's it, then we finally get to play it!!
I haven't played the remake yet, but I watched my favorite content creators play this game and I gotta say, I really wanna pick it up. I rarely pick up games, but this one is really making it very close for me. I remember back then borrowing my classmate's PS2 just to play this game. I played every chance I got. Definitely seeing it now, a 10/10 for sure. I will be picking it up one of these days.

Favorite Podcast out right now!!!!
If you look at uncharted 3 as a stand alone game without looking at the other game. It is 10/10 . Yes uncharted 2 is better but when ranking a game . You dont look at the series in all. You grade the game by itself.
Agree to disagree it is still easily one of the weakest games in the franchise.
