Personal Trainer/Coach Dianne Laird takes you through this Full-Body Workout using a Flat Band (or Dumbbell or Bodyweight) and a Towel. She provides modifications for the exercises to account for any limitations you may be experiencing. You’ll go through two sets of several exercises and one set of exercises on the mat. You’ll work up a good sweat with this one!
