@@AuraKnight8 Yea it did. I broke my femur. I had pins in my leg and everything. The best part is, I didn't even have the ball in my hand yet. XD
Just a quick suggestion, since you’re a two hander, you might want your right hand a bit more under the ball and maybe start your swing earlier to help with speed. (I’m not saying you have to do this, it’s just something I’ve seen and heard 2 handers say.

If you slow the footage down you will notice that I lean back sideways and release it on the moment it lines up for a straight shot. But get down lower if the ball is lighter
