True American Cowboys wore Derby's, where's your selection?
That hat you are wearing looks totally ridiculous, brim is far to big square front is stupid. Really cannot understand why you such a massive brim i guess it is all for pure looks and wank factor personally i go for practicality and a hat that suits your face style not looks. But as usual with Americans it is bigger is better I guess the bigger the better no matter how stupid you look.
Stiff fit I like the stiff fit wranglers they fit good
Yes but man a bit more enthusiasm when you make videos please
Lost brain cells watching this video lol
Breathe louder please
Good video But that gum chewing is wild for a video 🤣🤣
What are you even saying?! Everything about this video was so confusing and backwards! 😂😂😂
Joven buen día, el sombrero que lleva puesto que modelo es y de qué material y cuanto cuesta le escribo desde cdmx mexico.
That trailer looks about 5 feet wide?
What state?
Since the "x" rating is supposedly percentage of beaver fur how do y'all get "500x" ? 5 hats in one?
The lord bless the animals who feed us
All ready for investments
Not a useful video and quit chewing gum in the video.
Are those cows? Look like calves to me, hand.
Looks like yearling heifers prolly
I remember being a little kid loading cattle there with the truck drivers. Good memories! Thanks for the video.
Finally a short and straight to the point video! Others take 3+ minutes to not even explain/show it properly. Cheers!
What sale barn
Dont know who this guy is, but he's not very good at this. He thinks that because some of the saddles aren't tooled means the leather is cheaper 😅
@@charlesabbott5563 nah, you can tell the quality of leather by the quality of leather. Tooling doesn’t matter. I don’t know what you are taking about.
@AmericanCowboy I can tell you don't have the knowledge you pretend to. Cashel saddles are made by Martin, Martin uses the best skirting leather in the world Hermann Oak leather made completely from US steers in their tannery located in St. Louis MO. Since it's founding in 1881.
@@charlesabbott5563the video was about looking at saddle prices. Not discussing one piece of history from somewhere in Missouri. Thank you.
@AmericanCowboy you truly are an incompetent fool. Hermann Oak Leather is used by all the top saddle companies and every custom saddler in North America! You're the one who made the comments about cashel using cheap leather, Hermann Oak doesn't sell cheap leather. You have shown yourself to be all mouth and knowledge.
Yessir
Thank you!
Good video…I think every heeler develops their own technique that works for them. What works for me, may not work for others, but if y’all don’t mind I’d like to describe mine only with the hope that it may help someone. First, practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. It’s very important to practice on the surface yer actually going to compete on. That means dirt or sand. Yeah they rope on grass at Pendleton but that’s the only one I can think of and it’s for PRCA guys not WSTR and USTR ropers. Perfect practice means being the same height above yer practice dummy as you’d be on yer horse, so stand on a mounting block or a couple of bales if ya can’t actually mount up. That static practice is actually good for yer horse. For me, the most important strand is the bottom strand. If yer bottom strand is not on the ground, yer not going to catch. Ya just slap the steer. There are two different catch techniques, the scoop and the trap. But both depend on that all important bottom strand. And equally important is timing. Therefore, I call my technique the scrap. The scoop slides the bottom strand under at least the right foot, if not both feet. You deliver with yer thumb up like shaking hands. In the trap, ya deliver palm down, yer top strand makes contact first which throws yer bottom strand out in front of the feet and the steer hops in yer loop. Jade Corkill is the best I’ve ever seen deliver this type of trap. I’ve never been able to master this delivery, so I developed my scrap. On every spin, I try to get in perfect time with the feet up, my tip over the steers back. If I’m there my delivery looks like a scoop. But I don’t look at the right hock as my target. I look at the dirt 12 to 18 inches to the right of the right foot. I try every spin to skim my bottom strand on the dirt 12 to 18 inches out to the right foot. This slows my bottom strand down behind my top strand so my top strand makes contact first just like Jade’s trap. So if I’m not in perfect time and the steer’s feet are on the ground preventing a scoop my bottom strand is still on the ground and it wraps around in front of the legs for a trap. Hence the Scrap. Since heeling is all about getting yer bottom strand on the ground, it never made sense to me to look at the right hock. My target is the ground with my bottom strand. When I’m on, guess what? My top strand hits the right hock every time anyway without looking at it. Well, I do declare I’ve run my mouth here. Hope it helps…
👍
