@@user-rf8zw5xh1b totally !! That’s why I recorded this - if I only knew I would never bother with the “ kit version’ :/ anyway - damaged is done but I like the deck and the grey colours :) if this deck was on linen card stock instead of glossy finish it would be a perfect deck 😍

@@Maja_Divination Forgot to tell, if you may be do not know. If to cover the card edges with waterproof oil-based paint marker (say silver would be great for this deck), the deck will serve much longer. That's what I usually do with my decks.

@@Maja_Divination I am in Canada and I like this a lot - Zobbx paint markers (28 colors, oil based paint markers, permanent, waterproof). But I think there are other good brands. The main thing they should be oil-based and waterproof. Many might paint with acrylic paint markers. I didn't try, but I heard they do not protect well. Also many use just permanent markers (or even highlighters), but they do not protect at all and just change the color. If you never did it, you should check videos on the process of edging as it has some specifics as to how to hold the card, etc. And the main thing, learn how to do it on a cheap deck))

No - ja też myślałam , żeby nie mieszać ale z drugiej strony - ech … no - nagrałam po Polsku , żeby nasi też nie przegapili co może lubią tą talię i nie przeszkadza im , że książka jest po ang . Jak założysz kanał - daj znać jak się nazywa !!

@@franksnijders63thank you Frank :) I need to read it from cover to cover, but it really helps with understanding the cards-like when I mentioned the wolf in the King of Pentacles. I know I could attach some of my own meanings, but I was super impressed with what the author actually intended by placing it on the card.

No ja jestem zadowolona - do tej małej książeczki zapewne już nie zaglądnę :) czy to jest nieziemska książka - nie jest - ale jak ktoś lubi tą talię, nawet z nią już pracuje od dłuższego czasu, albo dopiero ją zamierza kupić to zdecydowanie warto bo jednak wyjaśnia karty lepiej niż ta mała książeczka co jest w zestawie :)

@ ja uwielbiam tą talię i z nią pracuję.Wnioskując na podstawie zdjęć z Amazona myślałem że tam są tylko zdjęcia kart i coś w stylu chmurek z tekstem na około. Może aż takiego WOW nie robi ta książka ale myślę że warto ją mieć.

@ no - mi na pewno pomoże wrócić do niej - ja dosyć dawno jej używałam, ale mam spory sentyment 😍a wyjaśnienia co do niektórych kart dało mi inny punkt widzenia, albo nawet pogłębiło to co widziałam w karcie , bo przyznam, że facet goniący motor ( rycerz mieczy ) trochę mnie drażnił a 7 mieczy , moja ulubiona karta dodała kolejne znaczenie jak ja widzę tą kartę 😬

@@franksnijders63 yep - I have not use it so far this year :) but ! You never know - there is few winter months coming :) also it’s study deck - from what I have seen so far it’s the deck to dig deep inside yourself . Kind of facing your inner demons . It’s the same as Slavic Legends tarot but Slavic is very brutal. I would not use those decks when I feel weak .

​​​@@Maja_DivinationThe cardstock from the Babastudio decks is very thin but very, very strong, because they have an inner carbon fiber core:) So it's best to shake them up a bit. So don't worry to damage them

Once again a great review! Personally i like the backings of this edition better than those of the second edition because they fit the art better. Funny, indeed how you pronounce Alice sounds a bit French:) I think Jackie and you have done a lot for the tarotcommunity and the amount of work that goes into it, hence the little gift. @@franksnijders63 I think she might do a YT live soon. 😁 Anyway, I’m a bit of an odd cookie, to be honest -I like watching other Tarot readers rotate and show their decks, but on the other hand, if I were to record a video like that, it would be a lie. I don’t rotate decks. I use them as I feel called to them. I don’t care about the weather or season; I just go with my instinct. For the last few weeks, I’ve been working closely with the Wanderer’s Tarot and Ash, Oak, and Thorn (I like to call it ‘hares everywhere’). I recorded one video, but it’s hidden on my channel, and for some reason, I haven’t published it. I might post it later on today :)

@@franksnijders63 The Polish review is longer because I took more time showing the cards & I compared Tarot of Dragons to the Polish Light Seer’s Tarot production . I finally shuffled my deck and did a full reading, which I couldn’t do in the English review since I needed to keep that deck in order. On the other hand, in the English review, I recorded my first impressions during a short work break. You can also find a full Llewellyn review of that deck on my channel too . Maybe I will do tarot live for Halloween and paint my face 🎃😅
