Great idea but way too fast. All Real estate agents should be purchasing the book EXPLORE CONTEMPORARY MARSTONS MILLS great for housewarming welcome gift for buyers/sellers in the Mills. The video tour is a super presentation but needs to slow the pace.
I’m from Sandwich and I knew all of those facts lol.
Dennis is beautiful...in both Summer and Off-season. Dennis Port has some of the nicest beaches and restaurants on all of Cape Cod. Most people say that the "bay side" of Dennis is kinda 'honky tonk'...but that is not really the case...it's just that you need to keep driving from one part to the next, whereas Dennis Port has a more "laid back beachy village" feel to it. You park, and can spend most of the weekend getting around on foot or bike.
Wow I think I'll move to Dennis after watching this

A few more fun facts: "Northern Dennis" has a name; it's "Dennis Village." "Crowell" rhymes with "Lowell." Only tourists think it rhymes with "Powell."
