Very good question! If you are working with Renewal Data (I think you mean Renewal Contracts), in this case you cannot use this function. To removed renewed (old) values you need to use VBA. Let me know if it is interesting and I will create a video with this code

We provide separate cabins, wifi, charging points etc. Now, our business model is subscription based like 1,2,3 month subscription also daywise plans are available. If a student take admission for 1 month and renews before expiry date. How would i make it in excel so that the renewal dates are considered. Various conditions can be assumed for renewal plans like before expiry, after expiry etc. Plz help
