If you visit the netherlands, make sure to see more than just Amsterdam! Amsterdam is great but it’s also very touristy. I can also highly recommend Rotterdam (modern vibes) and Utrecht (amsterdam vibes but WAY better) 💜

Thanks for the tips! When this video was recorded I actually took out BBB and TOOL but that did not help. The accountDB.package file was the solution! (: These video’s are always posted about 1.5w after recording them so sometimes it’s a bit behind on reality haha

Hi! This is partially true. Game updates are known to brake mods so updating them is crucial for a well running game. However this does not happen with every update!! Updates before pack releases or updates that add major new features are usually the culprit. So for instance the grim reaper event that is now in game did have issues with 4/5 different mods. When a new pack launches all big script mods (like MC Command center and ui cheats) almost always break. Smaller mods don’t break as often so for instance the “3 speed” mod that I mention in this video has never broken. But to a degree you are right, you will have to keep mods updated and it’s definitely a time consuming thing. I think it’s worth it but I know not everyone feels like that

It’s RUclips 2024, titles HAVE to be clickable. “Just the things I know about MCCC” don’t get people to watch the video. I try to never make clickbait videos and always produce a video that deliver actual value but I also have to navigate content space in 2024. And however much I hate it, 100% honesty is not rewarded on RUclips titles. I openly say in the video I don’t know everything and I encourage people the share things in the comments so we can collaboratively make even more value out of this video for people watching it. If I showed you things you did not know, the quality of the video is good and you enjoyed the video there is literally no need to go tell a creator that you downvoted their video. That’s not constructive feedback. Sharing you expected something else of the video is welcome, opening the feedback with telling a creator you’re literally helping their video not get pushed by telling the algorithm it’s a bad video, is not welcome. Please rethink the way you give feedback because this is not it.

Unfortunately modding your game will only make your game slower and run worse (on all pc’s but most notably on lower end pc’s). The best thing you can do is make sure there is not too many other apps running at the same time when playing the sims and turning the graphics in the game all the way down :)

You can either use a VPN to get around your country restrictions or download mods through curseforge. However, curseforge is supported/ran by an Israeli organization so it’s up to you if that is something you want to support. I would not recommend it but as you asked for alternatives, that is one

⁠I was suspecting that might have been the case. The mods folder is not in program files! You have to go to documents > electronic arts > mods! 😊 Just your regular documents folder of your pc!

The original creators of the plum tree app published their code and someone recently picked up this code and continued the service under the same name. So you're correct; you can use it again. But for a long time it was shut down. Unfortunately, even though the code was saved people cannot access their OG family trees anymore so a lot of people had to start over

Like the instruction tells you when you download them, you need to duplicate them to your own workspace by clicking the duplicate button in the top right corner. This creates a copy that you can edit 😊

I want to help but I need some more info to actually understand what could be going wrong. Have you unzipped the file? Have you turned on script mods in your settings? Have you made sure the mod is not multiple folders deep in your mods folder? Did you make sure to download the latest version? There are a lot of variables that could be the reason 😅

I 100% agree with you! If anyone should do it for free it's EA and untill then services like this are amazing whether you use the paid or the free version 💜
