I miss you mum, i hope you’re doing well up there. I still look at the stars and look for you.. 5 years feels like an eternity. I wish i got to know you better and i was more aware back then but i wasn’t, i’m sorry if you ever look down at me and be disappointed in some of my mistakes, I’m trying my best for you. I’ve cried so much today, I keep wondering what itd be like if you were still here.. on my first day of highschool, my first job, my first boyfriend, commenting on my posts with funny messages.. As Cath's best friend, I encourage EVERYONE who is considering this surgery to take a long hard think about this surgery prior to doing it.. We said goodbye to our darling friend last year.. This surgery was hard hard hard on her from day one.. She did lose the weight but it did come with a hearty cost .. We miss you my love RIP Xxx

I'm physically at my peak but yes emotionally I have some things I need to deal with like trust and whether my non instinct of death is a bad thing in this instance. Perhaps I just simply have a really big drive but I need to find out if that's all it is. I hate the selfish aspect of taking care of myself, I know it's how most humans need to be but I was recently selfish because I was hurting and cared about me and I inturn hurt someone who I shouldn't have perhaps, I don't know. Cheers.

I'm glad you see that if you are not well then you will not be able to care for your family. You have to take care of yourself so that you can be the best you and be there for your loved ones. It's great that you're taking care of yourself. I love the goal you've set.

I can totally realte. I have not had dumping. But I have wretched even after water so sometimes I'm even afarid to eat. It is hard to get all of my proteins in. But I'm trying. When I don't eat I will not lose. But if I eat a little something, steak, only a slice cheese a slice or a slice of turkey or ham. Constantly belching even after water. Hope u can see my videos.
