its just a civic, ........
@@VaiHer yep
I've bought from Black Hawk before. Good store. Wish their website search is better.
What do you mean? I thought it worked well for my purposes. For example, I searched "EG6" and saw every item for my (our) car.
Heard of Blackhawk Japan 🇯🇵 🏯 on eBay. I always wanted a JDM RS*R ex mag or JDM Tanabe G Touring Medallion for my EG hatchback. Scoured but never found them so I settled for a Spoon Sports N1 exhaust with EG6 b-pipe. It was on my Y8 VTEC setup. Have since sold car but miss it! Street version is more stylish and quieter too. Nice pick up!
Thanks sir! Yeah the N1 is timeless, but I wanted something quiet.
I love my 80s shitbox with 72HP, i manage to drift it thru dirt streets like it's got three times that
nice man
@RPSDZNTV sad thing is that theres zero info about the car and cosmetic parts are non existent, I can only get mechanical parts since those are from a Brazilian chevette
Damm dude that’s the one I want, I have seen Blackhawk sight and you right there the shit. My friend has the Tanabe on his EK. I use to have the Greddy DT on my eg9 I loved it, also had the Apex I on the AE86. There’s nothing better than a good exhaust
Yeah man! Its like jewelry
Spoon sports street exhaust ok
Nah, its dope as heck
This is the way man!
Thanks sir!
EF EG all the way
That’s pretty much how I feel about my 1984 ae86 tofu shitbox It’s so fun to drive
@@JB-sv5pr nice, my wife wants one. Maybe one day I can pick one up lol
I agree the 92-95 civics were the best value for the quality
@@DavidGreen-x7f yes indeed
Really cool to see this video. I currentlyown a red 94 si that is still all original I just had it repainted a couple of months ago it looks like new
sheitttt mayne 100 - 140 in the mid 90s was hellcat power for JDM cars lmao. frfr
by that metric all the "276hp" cars were basically Koenigseggs
@@CHawkens lol, yeah for real. This thing barely weighs over 2000 pounds. With 100 hp, it's super fun to drive lol
@@mckinnonwolf7877 yeah seriously, where between zero and 80 miles an hour would somebody use all 300 hp anyway lol. You could probably fly your car for about four seconds before you're doing pretty dangerous on the road.
such a fun car and great video. thank you for sharing.
@@HiFiInsider thank you for your kind words, sir.
Man.... love those wheels
@@mr.mabuti4436 yes sir, thank you. I got them for a good deal too. You can too, just keep your eye open for slept on wheels.
Love your car looks really good
@@DavidVidaurri thanks!
excited for the next video
Thanks!
I worked at a Honda dealer in my early twenties from 96-99; these were my favorite Hondas. Honda was head and shoulders above everyone else, they were making great cars for people of all ages, from the younger kids who wanted a cool sporty car, to the grandma who wanted a reliable and fuel efficient economical car.
@@cflo1386 nice man. Thanks
The old Honda's are better than today's. Nice ride man!
@@LiLgPnoy15 yes sir. Thanks!
that's why I love my 09 Honda Fit. reminds me of the early hatchbacks
hell yeah! I gotta do a review on my wife's fit. I always tell her its literally the remake of the original civics
@@RPSDZNTV facts
looking sweet.... I added a factory rear sway bar to my 95 coupe. It is from the 95 sedan EX and it bolts right on. It made my coupe handle A LOT better even on stock 14" wheels.
nice! I'd like to add a performance one soon
The Most Beautiful color on a Eg 👌👌
I think so too!
I own an Aztec Green 94 EJ1. I recently have decided my favorite color is the 1995 exclusive "Paradise Blue Green Pearl". When i get my car resprayed im going for the Paradise. It's like the Aztec, but more blue-ish, and darker.
Nice, yeah I saw one of those today. I know exactly what you're talking about
@ I’m stuck back and forth what I want to repaint it with. I might stick with the original OEM green
@@soren_prod yeah, I think OEM is best because it's hard to paint match the engine bay and door jams
@@RPSDZNTV yup, the more I think of it, the sunroof too, you’d basically have to take everything off the chassis
@@soren_prod yuppp
nice EG man👍 just need some TLC....OEM parts here and there...E Z to obtain here in cali🤙
yes sir! thank you!
Beautiful choice for the Eg6
thank you sir! I chose it because of the price as well haha
How?
Engineering and build quality
I have to correct you that the 92-95 Civic Si did not come with power windows and doors locks, only the EX series. I had to convert mine using donor doors from a 2-door EX coupe.
I see, thanks
1988-2000 is peak Honda, when the engineers were still in control Honorable mention to 2003 because that was the last good year for the S2000, and for the same reasons
Yes sir!
I still rocking 95 EJ1 in green also. Love the car but it needs a full respray. It's all stock. I have videos if you're interested in seeing.
Nice man, subscribed
I just need an Ek and an ef, maybe even and ea and I’ll be happy
@@aaricmoreno-frank2337 haha. Same
everyone needs a manual AWD RD1, they just don't know it yet
The Si from this generation does not have power windows or power locks.
@@MrCoBaker you mean from the year 93? Or all 92-95? Because I'm certain EG Si's came with power windows, but it is possible the early models did not some power options
none of them were…zero had power windows and locks from the factory.
Sub#42 here. Love the visual and ride a long. I have a 92eh2dx.
@@FunkMasterSleck thank you for the feedback. Will do more of them.
Thanks for sharing! Seen them cups with 39 offset which is growing on me!!
@@bcruzin28 they look great on the car
XD I got the same PM2 carpets in my 99 DX coupe
Theyre not bad
@@RPSDZNTV Yeah $100 well spent definitely makes tge interior look cooler
Good choice of wheels! TE37 is a classic like the Civic!! 🚙
Yes sir, thank you!!
I have a 1994 Honda Civic CX hatchback in Frost White. It has the stock block D15B7 with the D16Y8 VTEC cylinder head. S20 Si 92-95 transmission. Close ratio. Recaro SR3 seats. Front and rear. And more! This chassis takes modifications really well. So if you RPSDZN plan on making OEM+ then just revert back to stock. ICB Motorsport still sells parts and eBay has OEM parts for the 92-95 Civic too. Seems like your business should take off if your using an EG/EH to promote it. When I do sell mine, I'll instantly miss it. But I have a just as good 2009 Honda Fit Sport 5MT in Storm Silver Metallic. So I think I'll be good. 😅 It's still a Honda at the end of the day. Good luck with your Civic build and company growth 👍 🚘
Thank you for your kind words, sir!
Dude, you're nuts for getting rid of that lip.
Its raggedy and scrapes 😊
And EF guys cant stand EGs 😂
Haha. EF's are sick. But I couldnt say no to this EG
Coolest ! I'm a total EH (sedans EG) fanboy , cheers from France ;) I bought my daily driven vogue silver 93 ESi EH9 3 years ago , unfortunately not totally stock : EG 9 interior (that I really like) , EG9 lip and "spoiler" , a 4 to 1 exhaust manifold , handmade stainless from front to back in original diameter , a chip to run on ethanol , and that's it . Of course it comes with that most hated D16Z6 , but I'm not going to swap for now , I like my matching numbers and you don't want to get caught with a swap , illegal here ... I'm just restoring and improving the chassis for my usage and will get rid of that heavy air cond. , even if it still works , I don't use it . That aztec green is soooo nice , but these headlights and orange flashers ??!!?? the previous owner had a weird taste ... Anyway , TE37 are going to look goooood if that's your plan , I'm eager to see what's coming next on your EG ! 👍👍
Thank you sir. Yeah black headlights and orange flashers are out
Are those glass headlights? Clean Bro
They're actually plastic, and I dislike them lol, I took em off
@I like um 😶
They look like black housing aftermarket. 😊
Im in GG Too. Im with you on keeping stock, im the same not needing a lot of power. Just a fun daily gokart for mr. 91' CRX here brotha.
Nice man, wave me down if you see me. It's too hot now a days to ride around with a swap and risk getting a clean car sent to the state ref!
@RPSDZNTV yup. It was easier back in the days, too much of a hassle now with swaps. I will flag you down if i see your car. 😆
For me EF EG and EK are the best civic's
Yes sir! Golden eras!
My eg has been in my family for almost 20 years, from my dads first cars.; and my first car… JDM B16a, type r internals, brakes, and pretty much all stock.. no power windows, no power steering, but it is more than amazing for me… It has served its purpose, and still serves its purpose till this date.. I also own an ek but nothing I have driven compares to the joy of driving a simple, nimble, lightweight, eg death trap
haha, don't remind me about the death trap part
90s Hondas are the best good cheap car there ever was
yes sir! they're getting more expensive too
@@RPSDZNTV not really, it's just our money is worth less
