Very interesting Zac ; and thank you for your honesty. My wife is convert to HRT for women and having seen the effects on her It makes a strong case for men , when needed or required. My Testosterone levels are on the lower side ( 60 years old ) and have wondered about its effect on depression and anxiety

Hi Antony, that very much depends on when this happens, how long you have been training for, what you are training for, what your programme is and where in that programme you are and much more. Basically you need a proper case history taken to get the RIGHT answer.
@@zaclaraman8636 train regular with weights at the gym nothing heavy did a should press and felt a pain can move my shoulder ok but if I raise it above my head with something light in my hand there is a stiffness and slight pain in shoulder/front delt area
@@antonyellis2274 could be an AC joint aggravation, levator scapulae strain, coronoid ligament sprain, facet joint irritation, nerve entrapment (axillary?/ Supraspinatus,) shoulder impingement and many more. The body is a little more complicated than most people seem to think. It would be unprofessional of me to make a 'diagnosis' without all the relevant details, and I cannot do that without a full consultation in person.
