Hey. This is Brad. I've never broken bone or had a cast before. But I've always thought it would be awesome to have a cast. I want one really bad. Can you please make a long detailed video of what it'd like having a broken ankle. Hie bad does it hurt and what does the cast feel like inside against your leg. Can you sign your cast for me. Hope you feel better soon

Unlike other plants, grasses grow from the bottom, so when animals eat grass they usually do not destroy the part that grows. Without grass, dirt can wash away into rivers (erosion). Graminoids include some of the most versatile plant life-forms. They became widespread toward the end of the Cretaceous. Fossilized dinosaur dung (coprolites) have been found containing grass phytoliths (silica stones inside grass leaves). It's an alternative for short term use. It's brilliant. Some people don't even need to use the handle in the front after awhile. It just takes some getting used to.

I wish something like this was around years ago when I broke my ankle. I was on crutches for weeks and I never was able to master them.
