ParkSpeed is your stop for challenges and games at theme parks. Instead of focusing on merchandise and limited time offerings we go to the parks in search of efficiency, maximization, ridiculousness, and ultimately creative fun. After discovering challenges like Parkeology and Every Ride Challenge we fell in love with making theme parks a real-life board game and playground. We love doing made-up challenges at the parks and taking you along with us.
Part 2 - Escape From Magic Kingdom Or Ride it's a small world For 5 Hours

In this high-stakes game, Shrugsworth and Shoebear have to escape from Magic Kingdom. The key to get out is near the bottom of our deck of Chaos Cards. That means we have to complete a series of ridiculous, inconvenient, and embarrassing tasks in order to escape.
If we fail this challenge, we have to complete a 5-hour "it's a small world" ride marathon.
It's a different type of Walt Disney World challenge. Our deck of Chaos Cards contains a series of challenges based on the all-to-real chaos that can invade a Disney World vacation. Everything from blisters to dehydration to toddler tantrums to surprise thunderstorms might disrupt our day.

Can you please answer me this! I’m always wondering how shoebear always grabs the lightning lane at the best times. Like I feel like they just build in time throughout the day and I run out of time. But it looks like refreshing sometimes they just randomly appear at a great time!?
Refreshing is essential, especially for the most in-demand lightning lanes. That way if anyone drops or modifies a good time slot, you have the best chance of catching it.

What I'm amazed by is you guys barely even ran. Like inside the park, you mainly speedwalked. It's crazy. Sprinting, my record is 40. Also amazing strategy starting at Epcot, I haven't seen that since Covid. Everyone always starts at MK. Using RideShare was clever too. This is just impressive. Amazing run!

I got 40 on June 22, 2022 I just participated in the community challenge run this past Wednesday and got 37. The only thing though is I've been running using DAS, which is allowed, but I feel like people don't really count it because of that. @@parkspeed

I've been following Parkeology runs and have done several unofficial runs at the Disneyland resort for 4-5 years now... you guys have such high quality videos and are super strong runners too! I love this series that kinda blends Jet Lag: the game with Parkeology/Every Ride. I know the content is pretty niche and not pulling a ton of views (YET!), but this is honestly my "dream youtube content", so please keep making them! Just wanted to leave some encouragement :) You guys should totally come out to Disneyland and do some runs out here - our atmosphere and Genie system gives you a lot more flexibility in runs.

My family and I were at MK, Epcot, and HS the day you recorded this! Wish I had spotted you in the parks, but I'm going to search the background to see if we made a cameo anywhere :) We slept in and didn't arrive at MK until after 10:30 (looks like we missed out on zero lines that morning)

It’s considered one day since it’s one operating day for the parks, e.g. on that Wednesday Magic Kingdom was open from 9am-1am.

That’s impressive. I’ve never seen anyone do every ride at Disney in one day, but I’ve seen many attempt it. I wanna try and do this some day but it’ll take some training. 😂

What day of week did you go? I've heard Monday's are the busiest days at Magic Kingdom, but what if Monday is a party day?
This was on a Friday. But even if Monday is a party day, the crowds should be very low, especially in the morning.
Did you do it again for this year’s party?
Not yet. We might try something even bigger on a party day this year.

This is crazy! Do you think this is still possible now that Tron is open? Should we get an individual LL for that one?
It was lots of fun! We’re thinking about doing it again this fall to see if it’s still possible, and whether we can improve our time. We do think it’s still possible on a Not So Scary Party Day, as long as they open at 8:00am instead of 9:00. The crowds were super thin until about 10:00am. With Tron, the VQ probably adds 40 minutes, but if you can get one of the first boarding groups (1-20), it’s as fast as the Individual Lightning Lane.
I watch a lot of Disney vloggers and hope you guys start really taking off because your videos and ideas are so great and unique! Would love to see more videos, I’ve been waiting since seeing your every ride challenge to see what you do next!

I dont think people understand the level of stamina required to do what you guys do. Do you walk at home? Lifting weights?
Haha thanks. We've done endurance sports in the past so maybe we have a good baseline to build off of. But it definitely takes a lot physically.
