TY AB. That was just a practice video from 2021 that I recently found. The crappy solo's are just me noodling around while practicing. It seems it would be tough to sing but I'd like to hear you do it. The song is easy to play just the chords. A-Bm-D/a Adding your vocals would be nice.

Swewwwwwpit. LOL. 🤣 I got it synced as close as I could with my Moavi video suite. If I can figure out how to use my new mixer then I'd be all set. I'll record a song and play it back, only to find the original music was recorded but not my guitar 🤦 My old Yamaha 10 channel mixer was great but this new Yamaha 12 channel is quite different.

@@thetinmanalex No it wasn't. I haven't practiced much lately so my solo wasn't great. I did the song without playing it. I also noticed my guitar wasn't loud enough again. Playing through my amp with headphones doesn't seem to mix well.

@@thetinmanalex I'm using Movavi Video Suite 21. It may not be the best and it's an older version, I think. You might find a free video editor online. I haven't looked for a long time. I'd be happy to research video editors and get back to you.

There is a newer version with better features. Not sure, yet how much it costs. I'm still looking. Thanks AB. I love Nugent. The Motor City Madman is one of my favorites from an era we grew up in. However, I will be doing it over. It was late when I recorded it, just through my amp, trying to keep my neighbors happy. The mix wasn't right. I want my guitar to cut through the mix better on this song. Anyway, I am getting better finally. My fingers are still a bit weak and tire easily but that should subside in time. It's been a long time since I played seriously. Way back in the early to mid 90's.

@thetinmanalex I just tried to play through my PA. OMG, way too loud. Rocked the whole building 😂

I saw a tutorial of this played a different way. I thought mine, by ear was wrong. Now, I just watched a video of Nugent playing it the same way I did. So, he played it several ways. It does sound better in the tutorial and is easier to play it that way

TY. I was trying to learn the lead, by ear, with not a lot of success. I'll get it down with some practice. I might see if UG has it tabbed correctly.

I was just jammin' to some Ted Nugent and having a blast. My amp is messing up but I'll see if I recorded any of Nugent to upload

@@denniscurnayn 🤣 Thanks Dennis. I did play the whole song last night but the lead was done by ear and needs more practice. It's Still a work in progress. I will get it down. I will check U.G. maybe they have this lead done right. I played the lead by ear and only have part of it right. Hope you liked the beginning 👍

​@RocksMusicStudio I get it !! Just the idea that you're doing it to post, even thow you know you don't have too or do multiple takes. There's that nervousness that commes with it. I went live for the first time the other day, that was even worst for the nerves. 😂

@GastonsGuitarCovers I did multiple takes, got aggravated and just posted the best of the bunch. I do get nervous if the cameras on. I'm just going to let it run while I practice and forget about it. Like I used to. It takes the pressure off. Have a great day.

@GastonsGuitarCovers You seem to be unencumbered by the camera at all. I get though. Just knowing that a lot of people may be watching us, is intimidating. You have a good message that should be seen by many.

@thetinmanalex I used to just leave my camera running while practicing in 2021 before having to stop playing until now. I'd forget the camera was on and would play better. Maybe I'll try that again.

I bought 4 different guitars online over the past month to start playing again after many years. 3 were bad and returned. This is my replacement Ibanez in the video. (now my 4th guitar purchase) so I've barely played since restarting about a month ago. "All Right Now" came on a streaming service so I played along with it, by ear. I got it mostly down and thought I'd give it a shot on RUclips. It's my first video upload. I've been practicing the lead riffs to this song today so I can upload the full song at some point. I do have experience playing. It's just been a long time since I've played. Now it's a matter of getting the old arthritic fingers going again. I do hope to continue playing so that someday you all might hear some much better playing. 🤞

I am not very good and have no intentions of learning solos and stuff. I just hack away on the strings and try to make it sound like something. hahaha

@@RocksMusicStudio I had one that was copy right striked and i cant remember which? Alot of my songs get copyright notice but it says the owner allows the music to be played. I dont know much about these things.

@@denniscurnayn My parrot, who I call FruitLoop,🦜 is so much fun to have as a pet. He's very playful and craves attention all the time. I think FruitLoop is an appropriate name for him. I'll show why in future videos. I rescued him from a shelter in 2018 but I feel more like he rescued me. ❤️
