Located on the beautiful island of Mauritius. The architecture pushes the boundaries of the of the Marina's design code. The double volume spaces with internal vegetation bringing the outdoors in. Only if they knew how the marsh land was before heartless tyrants established their stupid compound. I remember catching crabs and shrimps there. Believe me, i am doctor and when i say that these are not the smartest individuals living on the island but rather the dumbesh richest privileged descendants of people who refused to compensate slave descendants who used to work on their farm. Proofs are the the small shacks you see on the roadside while driving!!!

Only the render is beautiful. Building construction in Mauritius have cracks in walls and roof leading to water leaks. Sometimes, they cover the cracks with plywoods and do a paintover.
