You can go to their fighter profile where it shows their stats, then on the lower left there's a button to report the player. You may report them for inappropriate message contents, inappropriate behavior, cheating, and inappropriate custom character.

I gotchu fam! I created the artwork using PSD template from focusattack.com ( focusattack.com/artwork-print-and-cut-for-hori-fightstick-alpha-read-description/ ) - then created the artwork in photoshop (you can use open source software like GIMP) then went to a print shop and had it printed in A3 artcard (or you could have it printed with FA). Yup, sanwas feel different form hayabusa buttons and lever, I suggest you experiment with other brands as well and don't eb afraid to mix and match so you can find your 'sweet spot'.

@@smaaashtv it’s in general, you know after the df 3 2 your and a lot of other nina combos will follow up with a db 2. Idk why but whenever I try to time it, most of the time a backsway will come out. I have asked someone else before but I still cannot time it right. I got purple ranks with nina but it’s hard to get out of it since most of my combos are 60 damage combos or less and I always have to use heat to get more damage.

The backsway is normal, basically what you’re trying to do is cancel the backsway with db+2. Try this; after inputting df3,2 - hold db. Then, hit 2 twice only after the punch animation of df3,2 is done (basically after the hit/block sound effect). Using that as basis, you can train the backsway cancel into db+2. That’s how I practice the move. Hope this helps.

I actually wanted the SF version as well, it's just that I can't justify the extra ~$150 in cost just for the SF branding - but yeah, the purple accents are lit. Button preferences is very subjective; I personally don't like how Sanwas feel too 'deep' and require more actuation force compared to hayabusas or gamerfingers, as for seimitsu I just don't like how loud they are. At the moment, I'm exclusively using either gamerfingers or qanba gravity ks for my fightsticks. Hope this helps.

Hey fam, I don’t microdash at all; after df+3,2 db2 hit the F2,1,3 when the opponent is at chest/torso level. Don’t delay button press between F2,1 though. If you’re slightly off axis, change f2,1,3 to b+3+4,3. This is a bit lower damage but loads more consistent.

⁠@@smaaashtv thx a lot, I tried to delay the F2 after df+3,2,db2. It worked on all combos, so much easier than dash df+3,2,db4 and they do the same damage. You just saved my day really really appreciate it!

I'm contemplating on getting the metallic gravity KS buttons but that means I won't have artwork inserts for the buttons. Also are the metallic versions durable? I bought metallic sanwa buttons, but I don't like how its paint chips overtime.

there's a delay timing to db+2... for my case, instead of pressing the buttons in 3 successive counts, I count 1-4 - only pressing RP on the 4th count. It also helps to hold the db position right after df+3. Hope this helps.

You can practice this by immediately holding db after df+3,2 - this will make Nina do a backsway after the move. Then you drill down the timing on when to cancel that backsway by pressing 2. The key is to press 2 at the start animation of the backsway. You can double/triple tap 2 until you nail down the correct timing. The backsway cancel to db+2 cannot be buffered.

Totally agree! I really don’t get all the hate it’s getting. I see it like buying skins for DotA 2, it doesn’t really give an advantage, just aesthetics. Players can still enjoy the complete game without any of it. It’s a good way to support the devs, artists, and the competitive scene. It gives BN an incentive to keep creating new content for the game.

I feel you man, a lot of the mods are hard to get by outside the US - for myself I do find these available to ship to Singapore from locally available online stores in Shopee and Lazada, you just gotta dig deep with the search terms, because most of the sellers don't know how to tag their items properly in English. For example, if you wanna search lever mods from Chinese sellers try adding 'Rocker' to your search words - don't ask me why, it just works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not much for now I guess, we can only report unruly players and hope that the Devs follow through as they promised. It’s almost never going to be instant penalties since they’d have to be certain that these players are actually breaking EULA. Else, bamco will be at risk of a lawsuit.

If the mod works for the PS5 Alpha, it should also work with the Xbox version. I also have a 6-pin Hori Rap V silent that uses a 5-pin lever mod which works perfectly. Hope this helps.

I guess we have to take it at face value, that the Devs put the report system in place in good faith - at the very least they’re gathering data and user feedback. For whatever reason they’re slow with the sanctions, be it regulation or legal, it’s reassuring that they’re addressing it actively. I would love to have bamco copy valve, where they pool pluggers and cheaters in the same server and let them enjoy playing with each other.

You’ve done a really nice job with it, the artwork and buttons 👌 Got a few questions if that’s ok? I’ve got the Hori Alpha too and find the range of motion/travel on the stick to be a little too much. Would installing the v5 reduce the range at all?? I prefer the 4 way gate so wouldn’t want to change this but wondering if there’s a better 4 way gate for the Hayabusa? Or would I be better off swapping the stick to something else?

I think the v5 itself doesn't change the range of motion at all, what the v5 has are extra sets of thicker actuators that can shorten the lever throw - if that's what you're looking for (although most other levers do offer bigger actuators as well, you can buy them off from FA or AS). As for the octa gate, I've actually returned to using the rounded square gate of the v5, It's easier for me to hit the corners and I'm so used to it from playing a lot of tekken. Hope this helps.
