Giving the latest build its maiden; AtomRC Theer Bat. The intended purpose for this one is manual mode racing/proxy flying. No GPS in this one, but it is using an old matek f411 wing fc so I have stabilisation if I want it, but I have auto-launch and more importantly rudimentary osd (battery information) After the auto-launch timeout I jump into manual mode. Ah it was just a short run of custom cut foam by a guy in a shed. House moves and costs meant he stopped cutting them. I bought the foam for this one 2 years ago but only just got round to building it.

i love my gofilm 20 i already broke the lens ripped the ribbon cable messed up the camera mount and it still flys amazing rips on 4s hv, 2s is perfect for indoors, it flys better then the avata

thanks for the details! so I need the extension board for analoge anyway, even if the X has built in 9 axis. there is no plan on inserting the analoge into the goggles themselves?
No plan for integrated analogue. That ship sailed along time ago. I get the feeling ws were hoping a 3rd party might have made something. As for needing the extension module, yes and no. You could use it, but there are other adapters that will work just as well. BDI and uruav for example. The ones folk use on tje DJI V2 goggles

You said that moving forward we should see a version of goggles X with built-in 9-axis gyro. What about analog bay and analog dvr, is CADDX planning to implement a more elegant solution akin to hdzero?
No. As far as I'm aware any plans for an analogue vrx have been dropped.
on my WS goggles X have 4 omni Truerc when i don't want to fly furder, and the other combo is truerc x2-air MKii on top and the WS patch on bottom, whats your opinion of the WS patch for the goggles x?? i don't know if better put the 4 truerc x2-air mkII
The ws patch is 6.7db so while they're directional the beam is very wide (127°) and will still have some rearward coverage, so tbh for longer range they'll still be limited but better than omni

They work, but the RF performance of the gogglesL is better. There's pros and cons to both, so it would be purely down to your budget and flying style.
Hi, so it's only compatible with google X or other google devices that have a 6-axis head tracer ?
They will work with only power, HOWEVER, you will need to connect them to the X or a computer to change their settings, PLUS you need the X back button to 'tap tap tap' to reset the central position. So while you can use them without the X, really you will need them

Footage through gyroflow? I got rid of mine, couldn't get rid of annoying pitch shakes on that wing.

She is definitely going to be a ripper with that setup, fantastic. We have found the speedybee current sensor to be out by quite a bit so definitely re calibrate using the MrD calculator and it will be perfect. The camera performance is brilliant in the low light conditions……Rotorflex👍

maybe not a popular opinion, but i think every pilot should start with analogue. I think it teaches pilots to be more situationally aware and to forward think. I think theres too much reliance nowadays on a digital feed holding up, and when it doesnt there isnt a skillset to fall back on.

Moonlight is better than GoPro. JB said that GoPro doesn't make sense at this point a while back.
i think it depends on what your wanting to do with the footage, what your flying and how much your willing to spend. I think the moonlight is great, but im still an advocate for a standalone recording device like a gopro, thumb, instago etc, purely from the position that its a single device that you can use across a fleet keeping costs down. its thats age old thing of using the best tool for the job.

Hi, I would like to know if the Walksnail Extension Module is compatible with other old glasses ?
I would say yes, to a degree. The modes will need to be configured via the goggles X, or via the computer configurator. But either way you will not be able to reset the centre position as that needs the X.

@@MolokaiBoy_808 yeah. The nano/racer. Tbh the only advantage over the original pusher setup is that it's quieter. It's currently slower and less efficient. Might have to scale the throttle and try some 4inch props.

Sick! What’s ur setup
It's the Walksnail version of the Mobula7 but with the ws vtx replaced with a hglrc Zeus nano vtx and a caddx ant camera. Gnb 1s 380 lihv. On the ground it's the Walksnail goggles X with a TrueD vrx hooked up along with a runcam DVR board. Just a pair of AliExpress omni stubbies. This morning I managed 800m but the battery sagged on return and I had to bail out 250m from home. Some 450mah lihv might be able to manage it.
