Day 4 of our Chesil adventure saw us take on Cogden. The target her was plaice.

Day 2 of our Chesil adventure, this time we decided on West Bexington. Could we increase our species count at a venue I had not fished before?

Day 1 of a 4 day venture down to Chesil beach with Neil Jones. Our first stop was at Ferrybridge looking to target bream sand gurnard.

Went for a session at Perch Rock on the River Mersey. As always at this venue, I was targeting Thornback rays. Low tide was at 9.38 am, I was on the beach for 6am and both rods were in for 6.30am.

I ventured out again to Half Moon Bay targeting smooth hounds, low tide was at 6.30am. I had the rods in for 4.30am. Two quick sessions on the penultimate day of my holiday. First was a spinning session at first light and the second a night session on the main beach at Playa de Castillo in Ceta de Fuste. For the night session, I was using a Bison 6 Section 11'6" travel rod I purchased from Amazon.

Two sessions over the course of the day, both on the rocks in front of the Elba Castillo San Jorge Hotel. The first was a morning session targeting mini species and the second was an evening session lure fishing.
