Sorry, this has nothing to do with editing video, this video is about managing multiple PHOTO libraries, not video. I use iMovie for editing video, so I'm not familar with Final Cut Pro or how storing anything works with that. Apologies.

Happy to help! In general, I've found programs don't always "talk" to each other well, so I always move photos/files to a file folder, and then move from there into a new program so the two programs never actually "touch" each other - think of it as two people that don't get along. Set the files on the table, and let each pick them up and put them down independently. :) It often eliminates a LOT of issues, as many problems are not with your files, but with two programs talking to each other, as there are always different versions of the software, etc. But files themselves are just simple pictures so they are rarely the issue.

I'm not sure what you mean by "photoshop?" This video is about Photos (formally iPhoto) a Mac/Apple application. Photshop is Adobe - assuming that is a typo and you are referrring to your 2nd Photo's library - to edit photos in any Library, you just need to open the correct Library. That is in the video. When you first click on Photos, hold down Option as you click it and a pop up window will appear where you can click CHOOSE LIBRARY and navigate to whichever Library you want to work with. Then edit photos as usual, just by double clicking on them. You can pull them out by dragging to desktop, or by using the Export feature. I often export entire folders for projects and use the name sequentially feature which is pretty cool and you can even choose the size/quality you want them exported at. You're welcome! :)

@@kidologist thanks for your reply, a pleasant surprise!! I added a 2nd photos library in my photos app and when I tried to import/export them to Photoshop I would get an error message. From the original photo apps library I could open photos in Photoshop, click on open, and choose a photo. I'm not able to do this in the 2nd photos app library! I hope I explained it more clearly this time!

@@pandoraseibert7603Gotcha - Sounds like you are exporting directly to Photoshop? Export them first to your harddrive/external drive. Then from there import into Photoshop so that they are complete files. Also, as a guess, look at the format when you export. Not sure if Photos supports RAW, make sure the format you export as is a format Photoshop likes, though I would think Photoshop can handle anything, but I don't know if Photos can handle RAW. (I don't use RAW.) If they are from iPhone, they use a weird format now, HEIC, and I sometimes have to convert those to JPEG or PNG or remove the annoying LIVE feature before they can be edited since that is a uniquely Apple format. Hope this helps?

Great question - I'd say pray about it and be sure it's wholesome. CS Lewis and Tolkien both did, and both of them were very godly men. So I think caution is wise, but my standard is always, does my art draw people closer to God, or away? If it draws people toward God - go for it. If it would lead them away, don't. Only you can answer that. Hope this helps.

@@kidologist yea it think my story will draw people to God because it will be a world where people have powers and a group of people want to know the source of power (which is God, but i might look at the books that CS Lewis and Tolkien made so i can get some examples) they will face many trails to get there but in the end they find the source. But idk if im going to do this, i might, as long it leads people to Jesus Christ.

Did you watch the video? Glad you became a Christian recently. Asking questions is good! But words matter, miracles are what God does. The magic the Bible forbids is clearly supernatural demonic activity - that is evil. The “magic” performers do today, “magic tricks” are not supernatural - RUclips is filled with how to videos - there is a natural way they are done, they are tricks on the eye - there is a gimmick or slight of hand. That is the difference. Hope this helps.

There are many! :) I like to say Jesus was the first to use Gospel Magic, only they were MIRACLES.. He just didn't need a trick, He really could do the impossible! No trick required!

There is actually NO gimmick with this trick! It is just 3 cards and slight of hand! I often do it with 3 business cards of someone's - I'll draw a star on one, a smile on another and write "you own me $14" on the 3rd! I even used to do it with CD-ROMS back when those were a thing!

@@trinitycreen Nope, 3 ordinary cards, no magnets or any gimmicks. :) I will often use business cards I take from a person, which is why I used UNO cards to show they are ordinary unaltered playing cards. :) Glad you enjoyed it!
