Freaking god, your middlesplit is so perfect and it seems so easy to get into it but its so freaking hard and painful. I am abled to get into the frontsplit but I have to do it very slowly. Why is it so hard to do it like u? Wtf
When I try to do the middle split , my knees hurt, I reli need a professional coach😂

I think I can do them it's just that my knees face the ceiling instead of facing forward because they might start to hurt that way.

If there’s 1 thing I’ve learned from this video is if you’re not learning gymnastics from an Eastern European, then you’re not learning gymnastics.
