bro for your first high-ticket launch don't worry about automations. Just get it launched and do everything manually on Google Sheets, that's what I did for my first client. Set up a VSL landing page, embed typeform, and then hit up the qualified leads manually. Even Pierre said not to worry too much about that stuff in the beginning.

How should I provide value as a GO

Value is the way. It feels like you aren't doing much when you're only sending out 5-10 a day but because they're filled with value the conversion rate is so much higher. I'm just getting back into outreach again after finishing client work and trying to remind myself that volume doesn't equal success. Better to send 3 value bombs a day than 50 soulless DM's.

Good luck with the deal bro - I like to ask this question when I know a prospect is looking at other services: "As you're speaking to multiple people, what criteria are you planning to use to make a decision? For some it might be price, for some it might be the quality of content, for others it might be funnels" Can word differently but a question like this helps you know what they're looking for + what you can focus on.

You could even do a setup + rev split for a certain amount of time. Like a $5k setup + 15% for 3 months or sum like that
