Come with me as I do a little of this and a little of that to keep my home running smoothly as a full time homemaker and mom of 4 little ones.
On this day I baked chocolate muffins with the last of our garden summer squash and froze the remaining squash for future loaves and muffins. I also ate a yummy & quick lunch of sweetened cottage cheese, granola and frozen berries. My pantry had gotten out of control, so it was time to reorganize, purge and clean to bring it back to good working order. Finally I made my family a delicious one-skillet dinner with kosher ground beef, dried fennel and lots of warming veggies and served it with my crispy sourdough flatbread.
