Maravilloso concierto. Compré el disco cuando salió a la venta, hace ya unos 50 años....lo he escuchado docenas de veces, y nunca me canso.
Lo sento dopo tanti hanni e l'emozione che mi da è sempre grande.
Listened to the Köln concert so many times. It's pure magic, pure emotion, pure genius.
What an amazing performance! I had the honor of watching Keith Jarrett in solo concert over 35 years ago. He came out casually dressed in white, said: “Good evening.” He played for 75-90 minutes. He stood up and said: “I will be back.” After about 30-45 minutes he played for another 75-90 minutes. He stood up and said: “Good night.” It was Heavenly!!
❤🇧🇷
50 years ago, today! Thank you, Keith Jarrett.
Happy 50th birthday to this brilliant piece!
Lost my virginity to this at 14
Firlefanzismus...
Of-course the back-story of this concert is very cool, and what he must've been feeling at that time, withdrawing into the music completely. But it certainly helps to actually be able to PLAY and THINK like that... The fact that it's all improvised is the scary part.
3 minutes in, im not a piano player but i can say i know enough about piano to say some of those licks should be impossible, simply unreal
Make love with this music
I shed a tear systematically from 12:52 to 13:50
😢
The way he emphasizes the little flaws and off-tune notes reminds me of Robin Williams in Good Will hunting: "It's not your fault".
Armonia e sentimento puro... assoluto ❤️
GENIUS!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you and godbless you France Sud Véronique
Has a back story to this concert and piano
Next January marks the first fiftieth anniversary of the Koln Concert. All my admiration to the great magician Keith Jarrett. I love Jarrett's music and spirit with all my being.
Legend of Music
I had temporarily forgotten that this is the greatest solo piano album since Chopin.
Incredible music and fly!
Thank-you for sharing your beautiful music it's incredible so nice .thanks again
so far away from nowadays... seems like 50yrs beyond
problem with improvisation, is hard to recreate!
The paino music is good enough to be tolerable, but this isn't my cup of tea.
I hear beauty in everything Keith, and Keith and his groups, play.
Sublime
Volela bih da je ucelo. Neprestano slušam od kako sam ga otkrila zahvaljujući knjizi Gijpma Musoa.
My first meeting as a kid with the piano........OUTSTANDING
Chef d'oeuvre !!!!
Jarrett hated this
Completely improvised from start to end, on a broken piano, hungry, in pain with no sleep...❤
This album is Exhibit A for how the greatest musicians can still be great no matter how terrible their instruments.
Parte favorita: 5:44 (bem animadinha) 7:13 (meu querido começou a cantarolar nesse trecho) 9:22 (começou a me chamar atenção para os gemidos do pianista) 10:08 (ele começou a me chamar a atenção para os gemidos do pianista) 12:00 ficou bem divertido, bem gostoso esse trecho 14:20 ficou muito romântico
I think somebody was having an orgasm in the audience!😂💨🤣💨💨💦😳
thats keith!
when I first heard this concert, the neurons in my brain surely reconfigured the wiring, then when learn the story about the broken piano which is playing... head explosion!!
❤
Next piece, of course, is part II, nov24 to listen
@paolobertti, irripetibile!
This is truly a masterful performance, especially considering the piano was a broken mess that the tuner and pianist did the best they could with. What a master this performer is!
tilt your head 45 degrees to the left and look at the album cover
Ich war da. Hatte bis dahin und habe seither kaum etwas schöneres gehört
5:01
soft like summer rain🤞
🎉🎉🎉NICE MUSIC🎉🎉🎉
I think this music link is almost legendary. The follower, the researcher, for example, can publish a study or a book about it, because it deserves it, from the excess of references, messages and creations. (Mountassir Hamada)
