Top 10 Things To Know Before Moving To Camarillo California
It’s a tradition to go every year!!
Hotel california was based of the hotel in mexico
"Hotel California" is not based on a real hotel, but rather on the band's interpretation of the high life in Los Angeles. The band members were middle-class kids from the Midwest, and the Beverly Hills Hotel became a symbolic focal point of their lives.
Limited slip differential...but good bit!
Brother lmaoo
😂😂😂😂
That was awful.
Do not do 401K.
Why?
@TheAnswer70 it's industrial insurance. It's really not meant for the average person. There is an enormous amount of junk packed in most of them. You lose control over your money. The money is used by your employer to the benefit of the counterparties, by which kickbacks are paid in many cases. Fees and fines to remove money and low returns. I watched friends and family lose thousands . I am a person who is looking for a hedge against inflation and no counter party risk. Gold and silver. Try indexed stocks, perhaps? Absolutely no bonds, super low yelds. We work with a fiduciary, so we are not "sold" anything. But I am risk adverse. Just my experience so far, not advise. Good luck out there.
You should do 401K. There's a reason they limit how much you're allowed to put in.
@@hollyh-zw1ybThe company doesn't own any of the money in your 401K. You can transfer it all to an Individual Returement Account. There are only fees if you choose poor investments. Just invest in the "S&P 500" or in "index target returement funds" to avoid the high fees.
@@BrandonBusby-u2b perhaps a different type of investment?
Hilarious!!!
Hell of an accurate way to view that!!! Sad but true!!! 💯💯
Funny
😂😂
😮😂😂😂
I'm so sick that i found this funny
Do twins sleep on a twin mattress?
Depends on their bloodline.

I grew up here in Camarillo. Just to be fair, it doesn't seem quite right to brag about attractions at the Camarillo Airport (CMA) and to completely ignore the ongoing noise and pollution problems private jets are causing Camarillo Residents. Jet noise generated by local and non local private jet owners and leasing companies are causing the residents of Camarillo a ton of grief as jets are allowed to land at CMA 24 hours a day, and they do so constantly. If you are thinking about moving to Camarillo you should know there are currently over 12,000 jet and turboprop operations to/from Camarillo Airport annually. This is expected to increase at several thousand a year and is forecast by the VC Dept. of Airports to reach about 50,000 operations annually by 2042. The primary flight pattern is directly over Sants Rosa Valley, Village at the Park, Camarillo Springs and the Old Town Camarillo. Residents of these communities and others regularly have their sleep interrupted by jets at all hours of the night. During the day many residents find it difficult to enjoy their property and their neighborhood because of noise. If you buy a house in the Santa Rosa Valley you will be directly under the flight path of 3 airports, Camarillo, Oxnard and the military jets from Pt. Mugu. Total air operations at CMA are about 185,000 annually. This includes jets, turboprops, small private planes, helicopters, experimental aircraft and others. This does not include jets or other aircraft bound to/from Oxnard airport or Pt. Mugu. The Ventura County Dept. of Airports is currently working with citizen advocacy groups and doing noise studies at CMA and OXR to try to find remedies for these problems, but there is no guarantee that any remedies are available or practical.
Thx for the heads up.
You shoulda been here in 1964 !! Talk about jet noise !
@@ppgwhereeverett4412 I was a kid here in 1964, by then the military operations at the base were scaled back to only a few flights a day. The military planes were much louder but they almost never flew at night. The problem today is that jets are landing here 24/7/365
I am camarillo
Bro is so stoned 😂😂
Simi Valley had a nice nuclear spill, so it isn't true "There's nothing here."
About to move here to work for the ccc so I’m excited to experience the city!
Camarillo definitely has it's charm. Let me know if you are ever in the market for a home.
I rode my motorcycle around the original circle back in 1968-69. Yes I know who created the circle and many years later someone added the eyes and mouth.
Oh BS
It’s stated in the title that its satire goofball
Official untrue story
Age 17?????
No way he was 17 my ass some old guy from then
😂🤣
What a wonderful piece of silliness! I was all prepared to see a little bit of my history growing up, instead I'm instantly thrown into cognitive dissonance and find myself thoughtfully pondering "WTF is this?" Top notch misinformation.
This may be the nicest comment I have ever received.
That picture of a very old man can’t be 17..maybe 71 perhaps and that picture is from the 1800’s
I hate that this happened.
I knew it wasn't true because A) nothing interesting EVER happens in Semi Valley and B) the title saying Untrue Origin of Happy Face Hill. Really people?
I love history 🤤
Is this Ai generated?
Simi Valley was the place Rodney King was finally pulled over and beaten. So it was an unknown resident of Jedediah’s creation who unintentionally showed the world the indisputable evidence of the LAPD’s brutality. Indisputable except to the 12 densest people in America.
Wrong! Rodney King was pulled over and beaten in Lakeview Terrace, an area of City of LA off the 210 FWY at eastern end of the San Fernando Valley. Simi Valley was the location of the trial of four officers for assault and excessive force on King. All four were acquitted on assault. As to excessive force, three were acquitted and for one the jury could not come to a verdict. So no, Rodney King was not beaten in Simi Valley!
@@jimie5320 Have I done to history what the police did to Rodney's head? ... My apologies for not verifying my recollections.
This would be so awesome if it were true. 😂😂😂
I don't believe it. Sounds like you just made this story up as you went along. Okay, never mind. I finally read the title.
AI
Yup, it's a joke
Simi is chumash for valley of the winds. And their ate no boats in any slips.
Sodom and Gomorrah
😂
😂😂

The weather, the sea breeze, perfection! Camarillo Residents are friendly great vibes. I'm from University Glen
I love Camarillo ! lived there and raised by boys There. What a perfect place to live. It still is so much better than any city I know. I wish to come back but life happens and housing is way to expensive for me. Stuck in San Bernardino, yuk.
Hi Michael. Its Big Gems. Thanks for over view.
Wow. Doesn't Jean-Claude van damme live there ?

My sister just move to Simi Valley from LA she says it quiet and peaceful than LA.
GHETTO = Camarillo
Lol what? Have you ever actually been to Camarillo?
Not a ghetto. It’s actually a newish, suburban area.
Cool sales pitch bro. Hard pass
Not a sales pitch, just stating facts. Thanks for commenting.
@@michaeltilford There is zero possibility of the market supporting even higher prices. Volume is collapsing due to no demand. Plus the golden rule: "Never fight the Fed". JPow is keenly aware that the Fed created the mortgage bubble & has addressed the need to fix it. The perpetually rising prices narrative is being pushed by realtors: BoR, Zillow, Redfin... No bias there at all. 🙄
If there is zero possibility, then how do you explain prices continuing to rise all through 2023 with 6%+ interest rates? The problem is a lack of supply due to everyone refinancing back in 2021 and nobody wanting to give up their historically low mortgage rates. There is still plenty of demand from all cash buyers and even buyers taking out loans, banking on rates coming down. Without a large influx of homes for sale, prices can't do anything but continue to increase as the demand still outpaces the supply.
GOOD JOB
