Social stuff is mostly odd and sad to me, not tempting. I went out to a good-cause breakfast yesterday. They did have scrambled eggs, so I got as many as they would give me, around four, I imagine. They also had pancakes, biscuits, fruit, in which I had no interest. Butter was on the table, and after I made sure it was real butter, I stirred two T into my eggs. My friends with their pile of carbs said "you're putting butter on your eggs?" "Sure!" I said with a smile. "Need the calories; this isn't nearly enough food for me." They still shook their heads at me, stuck in the old false paid-for paradigm of "saturated fat is bad for you." These friends: canes, walkers, half are type II diabetic, one has had shingles for two solid years, one has had a stroke, three have had cancer requiring surgery, most are on statins, all are on multiple drugs. Me, no drugs, lift weights, run, full of energy, and they've watched me lose 70 pounds a couple years back. That's the odd part, that disconnect. "I'm eating like I should," they think, poor schmucks. They should read Teicholz, for sure.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful video and good to learn from what you share about your life and then at the end you are going to the wonderful Beach. So thanks very much and see you in the Spring! :)
