Nice job! I have a question about your monocoque, your machine has a large depression in front of the front hoop to accommodate the suspension, how was the FHB defined on the SES? It would be helpful if you could tell me.
Yes it was and probaly would be helpfull.
Where does it go?
In the car... apparently.
How thick are the skins?
looks like 2 layers of ~600g fabric maybe ~1mm

What are you using to cut the carbon fiber?
Probably some kind of carbon/kevlar nibbler tool.
