I have the same LV GM Neverfull and I too purchased it years ago, and paid less than $1000 for it. I need to get the straps redone as well. Do you mind sharing how much they charged you and how long it took to repair? They tell me it’s an 8 month turnaround. But I might as well get it done because I love it for travel. Also, when you by pre-loved how to you ensure the bag is authentic? I was told the only way to verify is by proof of purchase. I would love to find deals but I’m afraid I might not have good luck. 😏 Thank you for sharing! 👑🙏🏾💕
