I have 45 to 50 days period gape im trying hard to get pregnant for w year i hope it work for me too 😢
We've had 7 miscarriages since 2017. Just started vitex last week and can honestly say it's doing way more than helping with my cycle. My kids are way more stable and my fuse is WAY shorter. 🤞🏽 Hoping to get our magic sticky bean very soon

Did you take this every single day or was there any breaks in between? Did you stop it when your period came etc Been doing a lot of research and really confused on what the best way to take is Thanks
I ended up taking it for 2 months without breaks (I’ve heard cycling it after a few months but I got pregnant before getting to the point of considering cycling off). Once I got pregnant I slowly stopped taking it over the next week and a half. I was nervous cycling off would mess with the hormone balance but it didn’t.
