# 30 X 60 HOUSE PLAN #Best plan for 2 Units per floor.
This video is about House plan of size 30x60 Feet. In this plan each floor is split into 2 dwelling unis, one of 2 BHK & other of 3 BHK. The plan has ground floor as stilt floor to be used for parking. In four floors you can place 8 dwelling units. Plan is # best plan for builder floors.

Please can you prepare a plan for 40*60 East phasing plot.. It should consist as per below: Ground floor- Half parking and remaing house should be duplex until 1st floor. GF should consist of Big hall, 1Bedroom with attach Bathroom, Dining hall and kitchen and 1 common Toilet. 1st floor should have 4 Bedrooms with all attach Bathrooms, 1 hall, 1 small pantry area, 1 theatre room 2nd floor should consist of 3 houses of 2bhk for rent purpose.
