To say blacks cannot be Arabs is absolutely wrong, because Arabs are essentially anyone who speaks Arabic and are part of the Afroasiatic heritage. Arabs originally as a race came to Yemen from Africa, where they mixed with the local population, and after the founding of Islam, assimilated North African and West Asians to their culture which wasn't really that different from their own, so most people didn't resist. There are culturally Arabic people who are North and East Africans, West Asians who aren't from Yemen, or the Arabian peninsula who are ethnically Arab. Essentially there two types of Arab, culturally Arab and ethnically Arab.

I think both Arabs and non Arabs have to realise that idenity in the middle east was more assocaited with the language you speak. If you go to southern Turkey for instance there are many Turks who look "Arab" but speak Turkish even with an Arab dialiect. They will identity more with being Turkish even though you can argue that they are racially more Arab.

Only around 15% of all Arabs in the world are “blood Arabs.” The rest (from North Africa to the Levantine to East Africa) are all Arabized as they speak Arabic. These are still Arabs. You see now, that it’s actually YOU and musaveni who are dividing people based on blood, and not the Arabs? You are saying they cannot be Arab unless they are Arab by blood.
