Dream Big hello I do sell this as a side hustle from my home and I do mot need business permits and licenses it will be depending on your local law if you are required but as for my knowledge if you are doing this from home they won’t really require you and not really mass producing ? :) goodluck to you and stay safe!

jain ananya hello I used light pink, dark pink shade of tissue paper with a brown packaging paper. The tissue papers are cut in 4x4 inches you won’t be able to finish one pack I think I used three large pieces only
