Unveiling of Echos: A Tribute to Mark Dahir at Heart Ministry Center.

Heart Ministry Center is working with RISE and Nebraska Appleseed to change the law that prevents community members in this situation from receiving SNAP. Nebraska Senator Hunt introduced LB 88 to change this law, and we hope that our video will inspire Nebraska lawmakers to make this change.
