12 days ago I needed to reset my password and I didn’t have a email or number hooked to the account so I contacted Roblox saying I can’t reset my password 5 days later they finally respond and you know what they said ? All they said was “we are currently working on it” that’s it. 7 days later they still didn’t respond so I reply to them saying “ why is my account taking so long to fix?” Then few minutes later they said “sorry we can’t fix your account “ so you mean to tell me a few days ago you guys said you are working on it then NOW your telling me you guys can’t do it?? Fuck your company you guys are lazy people who doesn’t care about their job just want money
