IMO, John Charles Daley is one of the two greatest tv game show hosts (with Alex Trebek being the other.) Btw - the absolute best panel ever in game shows.
I worked in a restaurant that had a common area of back doors. The back door of one led directly to the back door of the other. Gleason, before entering our restaurant would come through the kitchen, handing out hundred dollar bills to the kitchen staff and waiters. Chatting with us, before going into the dining room via the kitchen door. He would then greet the mass of people gathered to see him. What an absolute gentleman. This was in the early eighties in NYC. And yes, as a waiter, I can tell you that he was a drinker. A surprisingly quiet one.

Gleason was about 36 years old during this appearance. It’s interesting that the panel had trouble identifying him (Arlene even mistakenly called him “Jimmy”).

Tanks good video I have the same problem with my generator and I disconnect and work again
Thanks so much for uploading this gem.
Thanks for the video. The boat numbers...the Velcro that you put on...is that between the back of the surface of the numbers and it is Velcrod directly to the surface/material of the boat??? Sounds like a great idea. I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly so I can do the same thing
How did you crash??
Hi! I have a bussiness inquiry. How do I contact you?
Why do you think that this annoying music helps your video?
Saved our bacon more than once, great machines.
My Westinghouse email about my iGen4500 junk Bought this boat anchor new about the date I mentioned above. Choke problems right out of the box in that is was sticking closed. Called support and was sent a replacement choke control. Installed it and seemed to fix the problem until two days later I have the same problem again. Called support again and was told to take it to a service center...............TAKE MY BRAND NEW MACHINE TO GET FIXED!! Gimme a break! I took it upon myself since at this point to find the problem myself and when I took it further apart I found a connector that was not locked together when it was built. I locked the connector together and that fixed the problem. Jump ahead to day before yesterday. The genny ran all day while being used intermittently and it was perfect. The next day, or yesterday, hit the start button and it started immediately and just as quick shut down. Tried several times with the same results. So this morning I took it apart enough to determine that the choke was still working properly, and it is. I checked the fresh oil, it is perfect. Full of fresh fuel, nothing I can see wrong. I called support again and talked with some idiot named Jaffe the quickly started fallowing a script when I told him the story. He asked "How many times have you changed the oil?" I told him I've changed it once.............the thing only has about 15 hrs or so on it. He said "According to the manual, you should have changed it twice by now." I replied IT ONLY HAS 15 HOURS ON IT AND IT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN STORED AT ROOM TEMPS. I went on to tell him that as long as it ifs full of oil it doesn't know the difference between oil with 1 hr or 1000 hrs, that will not shut it down. He said, "Sir, I'm just telling you what the manual says." Then this incompetent moron asked me what kind of fuel is in it right now and I told him it was high octane, no alcohol canned fuel like we use it all our small engines. He asked "Did you drain the old fuel out before putting new fuel in?" I replied that the previous fuel wasn't in it very long and besides, that last time I used it I purposely ran it out of fuel. He asked "Did you drain the carburetor bowl?" I said no..........that's why I ran it out of fuel. When it stops because of lack of fuel, the bowl is dry. He then told me that there will still be fuel in the bowl at that point, so you are incorrect. I let him know that I've been a gas/diesel tech for 35 years and this clown told me that cars and generators are different! I still have a junk $800 piece of crap that I cannot depend on. I got of the phone with this person that has NO idea what he is talking about and messed with it a bit longer and noticed that right after it starts, the overload indicator comes on and it then shuts down. I didn't notice that before. Not to mention that I did not get the mickey mouse charger for it when it was new and have since had to replace the battery because I could not charge it and this thing does not charge it's own battery?? How stupid. I emailed about that and was asked my reply email to provide proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number. Really? I did it anyway and emailed it all in and have gotten zero response on that issue. I bought a small trickle maintainer for the new battery. This idiot "Jaffe" that I spoke with made no attempt to help me diagnose my problem, just read a script and told me I was incorrect about how a carb works. What are the qualifications for his job anyway?? This thing has been a thorn in my side since day one and you so called support department is incompetent if "Jaffe" is representative of it. My opening line of this note is not entirely accurate, this thing is not big enough to anchor my boat and it's too big to go in the trash can, so I don't know what to do with it.
I've had zero problems. Hope you figure it out.
You actually have to drain the carb bowl in these units even after running them out of fuel , you can verify this by turning the screw on the bottom of the bowl fuel will come out of the carb. Most of the time it is carb issues on generators . I would try cleaning the main jet / idle jet and see if that helps .
Jim I saw you mentioned you had hard starts which I have also noticed as it got cooler out. Just wanted to share this video with you too on how to possibly fix it ruclips.net/video/gSceM1tMJ1o/видео.html

That large puff of smoke on startup and the fact that you said it can take 3 or 4 starts to stay running do not install confidence in my mind of quality and that it will last.
So I bought the Honda 2200...I prefer and use the westinghouse...love it

@@JimsLanceAdventures Yah I have a smaller ws2000i Westinghouse inverter and I was looking at this larger one as the small one is working well though not near the rated watts. Hence why I was checking out your video. My Westinghouse doesn't smoke or take much to start though and that was the reason for my comment. Thanks for the reply.
The smoke was clearly from the Traeger watch the video
@@scherzer25 nope it was from the Westinghouse. How do I know you as. I bought it and when it sits it puffs a bit. No big deal it works it still works good even when I load it up to over 3500 watts.
RV, Truck, boat.... damn you living in the dream bro...
How do you reset this machine if its not starting

Sweat !!Where did you get the depth finder handle?
I couldn't get any sound.
They don't motor straight but that's not a deal breaker. Trolling is difficult
They don't row straight either and the slightest breeze blows them around like a soap bubble. I fabricated a rudder and attached it to the motor mount but it doesn't help very much, it just creates a pivot point. I have to use two anchors fore and aft to keep it from spinning every time the breeze changes direction. I'll try a rudder fore and aft next summer and see if that helps at all.
You need a rudder clamp on the trolling motor
Dude good video lol you do know the oars are suppose to be pulled towards you (if you are in the boat) that way it sits on top of the pontoon sides instead of inside the water when you want to paddle you have it like you do.
RIP SRV !Great sound
Turn your oars around with the handle side to the front of the boat and the oars hang very nicely out of the water.
Yes, your oars are backwards.
Good video just turn the music lowwwwwer!! Annoying while you're trying to listen to what you have to say. Nice boat tho.
You mounted the fan in the wrong way they are pulling hot air into the tower....
Very cool - thanks for picking up the camera!
