Yes. Left buttons for left joystick and D-pad (little metal button is a "shift" button) Right buttons for right joystick and ABXY (or circle triangle square X) buttons

I don't think you can order genuine gears for this old machine. You can order module 1 raw gears and make the gears for the lathe yourself. I own the factory gears for this lathe, but they are for metric threads only. I bought 11 additional gears (17, 26, 27, 36, 37, 47, 48, 49, 51, 54, 58) to be able to make other types of threads (UNC, BSP, ...). So you can do that too, but you have to cut factory teeth gears as well. There are quite big ones (z80). Raw gears are made of C45. That can be tempered after cutting, but I did not bother doing that. So I guess you can make all the gears needed from raw gears but there are two 20mm wide gears that will be hard to find z18 and z20 (AFAIR)
