Thank you. * Project Manager Mindset is missing in majority of people and hence it leads to wastage of time, resources, efforts and low quality of results. * Project Manager Mindset can be developed when people will practice working on projects as early as possible. * PBL - Project Based Learning approach should be implemented in educational instititutions and organisational Training and Development. * Every individual's profile must have a summary of all the projects they have worked on throughout their lifetime and their competency rating based on self-assessment and 360 degree feedback. * Every individual must get chance to work on projects that they are concerned about and also get regular updates from other projects to support their learning and development * As empathetic human beings people ultimately learn to care for every other human as every activity anywhere has direct or indirect impact on rest of the humanity. We are one big family. * All the right actions are a result of right emotions and right thoughts. Here is a quick prayer and its English meaning which can be the parameter for emotional intelligence check: ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः May All be Happy, सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः । May All be Free from Illness. सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु May All See what is Auspicious मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेत् । May no one Suffer. ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥ Peace, Peace, Peace This simple prayer holds the thoughts, emotions and actions needed to gain mental, emotional and physical peace for ALL [not just few humans, or humanity alone, but for EVERY animate and inanimate of past, present and future. Nice and releaxed interview where i took CUSTOMER LOVE and 'the imagination premium' as concepts to bring further. And the reality of project managers that chiefly execute to understand concept of Low assumption to knowledge ratio (executing) versus High assumption to knowledge ratio (learning).
