they are demoing it, you can see how the blades are feathered (0-piched) and the tower is cut at the base, it's a controlled demolition, so it was meant to fall in that direction. by guess is that they used a tractor or digger or something to pull it down via a wire rope.
That 5.0 had some money in it to outrun a Balt on the top end!
