Criminal money in waste. My fella worked for a large waste company in the UK twenty years ago, shoddy poor practices run by an abroad criminal gang. They exploit weak, slow, council practices - most act like they are still living in the 1950’s with old fashioned law abiding citizens! My local council was one time selling on the recycling waste & old council computers which were found dumped in another country!

Sunderland skip hire firm went into administration and left 20.000 tonne the council picked the bill up .

Ironic company name, there was a company in Telford Shropshire who went bust several years ago “Pink skips”, they folded after months or years of sending those big round plastic bales of household waste to Europe , after they went bust they walked away from thousands of tons of these bales and loose waste inside and outside in the massive yard, the rats must have been massive and the “ overflow” field they filled up was backing on to private houses !, anyway about 2 years ago there was a massive fire that broke out and it closed the adjoining M54 motorway and burnt for a week and smouldered for months, I don’t know if it was ever cleared properly or not, I doubt it,. They reckon when it was burning thousands of rats were running around on fire !
