I've never seen those orange wheels. Are they to help stabilize the truck? Instead of using a jack stand.
Pretty sure they're a type of roller wheel, like a temporary to use in the shop, for when working on the vehicle to prevent damage to the expensive wheels. Seen some solid yellow ones at dealers before
