So good! Reminds me of Nelson Mandela's quote "As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." Being your authentic self is the most valuable thing you can do for society, the challenge is just surviving the part where everyone else sees you as the villain. Not saying get sent to prison like Nelson haha but he stood for what he believed in and changed society. So sooner we embrace that role, and stand for what we belive in, the better... ps I was about to say Kryptonite is superman's arch enemy but apparently it's Lex Luthor haha

The pursuit of personal development can be tough, especially when people might see us as the villain because we don’t fit their expectations.. that’s often the price of standing up for what we believe in 👀 Haha, Lex Luthor or Kryptonite-either way, Superman’s got his hands full! 🤣 Thanks again for the great insight!

How much do you and J do yourself vs how much the hired contractors do? I'm under contract for a 6 unit multi plex, all bachelor suites and my fiance and I can do a lot of it ourselves too! We will definitely be hiring out the electrical.

We do a lot ourselves and outsource work such as plastering, electrics, plumbing, roofing etc.. other than that, we’ll put our hand to tiling, flooring, kitchen fitting etc ☺️ Sounds like you have a great project! What type of works are required and how much are you looking to do yourself?
